For one reply, ChatGPT is fine. The draft is the easy part — the workflow is the product.
See how it worksYou define your tone, approved phrases, blocked phrases, and product vocabulary. Drafts start from that voice instead of generic support copy. Brand voice basics cover tone and sign-off; advanced rules add per-store and per-review-type customization.
Every draft is written from your tone, approved phrases, and product names — not a generic template — and you can edit any reply before it publishes.
No reply leaves without you. Critical reviews are exactly why BridgeReview is approval-first: the AI drafts a calm, on-brand response, flags personal data, and waits. You read it, edit it if needed, and decide when — or whether — it goes out.
Yes. Multi-language replies are included on every plan, so you can respond to reviewers in the language they wrote in.
BridgeReview is GDPR-compliant and hosted in the EU. Personal data is detected and redacted before any draft is sent to our LLM provider, and flagged in drafts before anything can be published. Your reviews and replies are never used to train AI models — our provider agreements prohibit training on customer content. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
