Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. Service
BridgeReview.AI provides B2B software for syncing customer reviews, generating AI-assisted reply drafts, managing approvals, and publishing responses to supported platforms. The service is offered internationally; these terms apply wherever you access it.
2. Accounts and eligibility
The service is intended for business use by organizations and the professionals acting on their behalf, who must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and ensuring that team members only access workspaces they are authorized to use. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on review responses and applicable export or sanctions controls.
3. Customer content
Customers remain responsible for review data, uploaded examples, generated replies, and any response they approve or publish through the service.
4. AI-generated drafts
AI output is a draft. Customers must review responses before publishing and must not use BridgeReview.AI to make misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, or unsupported claims.
5. Billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle. Pricing is shown in USD unless a written agreement states otherwise. Stripe processes payment details; BridgeReview.AI does not store card numbers.
6. Cancellation and money-back guarantee
Customers can cancel a subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the plan remains active until then and fees already due are not prorated.
14-day money-back guarantee. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial, so you are not charged until the trial ends. In addition, if you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription term, contact support@bridgereview.ai within 14 days of your first payment on a new plan and we will refund that payment in full. The guarantee applies once per organization and to the recurring subscription fee only; one-time reply top-ups and other pay-as-you-go charges are non-refundable to the extent already used. This is a voluntary commercial guarantee and does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
7. Warranties and disclaimer
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate or suitable for a given use. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, BridgeReview.AI's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes between BridgeReview.AI and merchants (business customers) is the competent court in Vienna, Austria, regardless of where the customer is located. If you are a consumer, this choice of law and venue does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and mandatory consumer-protection venues remain unaffected.
10. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced 30 days in advance via email to the workspace owner on file.
