Checklist

Confirm your Google account has owner or manager access.
Allow browser popups for BridgeReview.AI.
Disable strict cookie blocking for the OAuth flow.
Pause ad blockers for one retry if the popup closes immediately.

Common errors

invalid_grant usually means the OAuth token expired. Reconnect Google from the Integrations page.

access_denied usually means the selected Google account does not have the right role or the consent screen was declined.

redirect_uri_mismatch points to an app configuration issue. Contact support with the timestamp and screenshot.
