Access control

User access is authenticated through Supabase Auth. Workspace data is scoped by organization membership and role checks.

Encryption and logging

Review text and response text are stored encrypted through database helper functions. PII, review text, and generated replies must not be logged to analytics or monitoring tools.

Availability

Production infrastructure runs on managed providers with backups, monitoring, webhook retries, and launch-day rollback procedures.
